Lou Nowacki has been with CRS Flooring Services for thirty years,
 managing the Insurance Restoration Division. Lou oversees all aspects
of the restoration process, from the original water loss mitigation,
to the replacement installation.
Working with insurance adjusters, Lou ensures the client receives
replacement material of the same type and quality as the prior existing
flooring materials. Lou has extensive experience in all types of floorings,
as well as restoration mitigation procedures.
